Default Frozen spinach
Can anyone suggest on a good way to measure out frozen spinach? Plan to use frozen chopped spinach, which comes in cubes, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Getting cups of the latter is fine, but the Spinach is really compressed. How much should I measure out? Anyone know how many cubes? That would be super easier

Spinach is on Protocol, but broccoli and brussels sprouts are not.

You MUST read Dr Simeons Pounds and Inches if you are serious about this program. Otherwise go rogue.

Sprouts and Broc are basically cabbage and from what I have read people are fine on it.

I buy fresh spinach, but it seems to me the frozen would have nutrition information printed on the package... so I'd suggest using that as your guide. If 1 package = 1 serving, 1/2 package = 1/2 calories, 1/4 package = 1/4 calories, etc.

They're not basically cabbage. I gain on them, a lot. Cabbage I do great. Just because something is in the same veggie family doesn't mean the body breaks them down the same.

Either way they're still not on protocol. I've measured just frozen spinach from a bag, I measure two cups while frozen still. Or you can thaw it and measure then.

They are all in the Brassica family, but I gain on Brussel sprouts, but I can do broccoli as long as it's ONCE a day, cabbage only once a day as well. Kale is also in the same family, but I can eat it 2x/day and do fine! EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT

Some people deviate and do fine (though their version of "fine" is difficult to understand, since they'll never know how they would have done if they stuck to the protocol) and others pay dearly for it.

Personally I'm content to accept everything Dr. Simeons said as etched into stone, and rather than seeking to convince a dead endocrinologist of the validity of my argument, I'll seek out something else to do

Your mileage may vary.
