Sorry for the basic questions but I cannot seem to find a sticky with the answers... My boyfriend will be starting the SL drops on Thursday, mixed using the 5000iu Hucog premix. I see the recommended dose in the mixing thread is .5mL twice a day. How long does he need to hold it under his tongue? Does he need to withhold food/liquids for a certain time before and after? Thanks in advance guys!
