Has anyone ever injected anywhere other than their stomach???

This is probably a stupid question but...That's where all of my fat is plus inflammation from food allergies. I'm wondering if that does anything with the solution being injected? Does it make it harder to be absorbed by the blood stream? Does the fat act as a wall so the hcg can't be absorbed as well? Has anyone injected in their thigh or anywhere other than their stomach?

I just get worried im injecting into a wall that's making it difficult for it to be absorbed. lol. Maybe I'm just being paranoid
