This has never happened for me, but I would immediately start a lean P3 for one or 2 days, and then retry the steak day. Lean P3 = primarily proteins and veg, 3 to 4 meals per day

Highly unusual. What did you eat the day before? Often a weight gain is from whatever you ate 2 days prior.

I have to admit... I drank 2 glases of white wine the night before I did a steak day which shot my weight up over 2 lbs. So just eating lean and veggies for a couple of days and if that doesn't work should I do another steak day?

Yes that's what I would do. Nothing else but the wine was likely a problem? That shouldn't have done it.

No. No other carbs or sugar just the wine. I only had 20 lbs to loose. I lost 10 on the first round of 23 days... no cheating at all. I would like to loose the other 10 lbs. Would another round of 23 days be recommended? I am currently 1 1/2 weeks into my 3 weeks of no carbs or sugars.

Thank you so much for your help.

BTW. I did go down a few oz. to within the 2 lbs gain after a lean day. I haven't gotten all the way down to my capture weight on the last day of drops.
