I'm on VLCD5, and today I've had alot of mental hunger. I'm not physically hungry at all, but right now I just really want carbs!! I haven't even used melba or grissini because I thought it would cause me to crave more carbs. Today is the first day I've had so much mental hunger for something! I'm drinking decaf coffee right now to try & get over it- how does everyone else get over mental hunger?
I should add TOM started today- do you think that has anything to do with it?? |
