I bought the homeopathic hcg and have been reading that there is basically not enough hcg in it to perform as it is supposed to. I am on day 4 of my 500 calorie diet and would like to switch over to the real hcg. I realize that it will be a couple of weeks before I can get my product shipped...so how do i make the transition? Do I stop these drops and resume a 1200 calorie diet until I get the new stuff and am ready to load? I've lost over 6 lbs so far. I hate to stop but dont want to lose muscle and lean tissue by starving myself either.
Please advise? Thanks so much! I've been learning so much here and am sooo excited to get back on plan. I just want to do it the right way. ![]() |

thanks! I ended up stopping the drops this morning and upping my calories to 1500. I had a gnawing in my stomache but was dealing with that ok...my issue this morning was pain in my calves and my legs felt like they weighed 50 pounds each! After eating a normal lunch and dinner and evening snack, my energy level is back up. My calves still hurt but not as much and my legs do not have the heavy sensation they did.
From what i have read, the hhcg cannot be trusted to have enough of the hcg in the doses and I cannot risk following a starvation diet for the next couple of weeks as i wait for my order so i will just begin again after it arrives. I suppose I will regain the 6 pounds I lost but I know it will come right back off again! I'm very excited to start again! |
