Hi. I am on round 2 right now.
negatives: Because I am 40 pounds smaller, I noticed the loss is not as much. But its coming off. Load weight took two days to come off. But I am also less tolerant of P2 foods. Sometimes I find myself missing the fatty P3 foods or tasty P4 foods A tad bit more cravings this round I am always comparing rounds and I am more greedy with expectations unlike last time I was just happy to see a loss. Positives: But I noticied I have less hunger this round because I loaded well. The round seems easier with regards to the routine. I know what to expect, I have tips that work for me, I found things to help me be miore efficient. . I am more confident because i know I will lose and I am closer to goal Not as much pressure, I am just 10 pounds overweight so I am waiting to get to a healthy weight. But I have only got 21 more days just three weeks and I can eat P3 again so I am cool. With load I am hooping for a 14.2-15 pound loss. minus load a 10-11 pound loss for this round. Thats a reasonable goal. Overall I think round 2 is easier but there are more tempatations now that you know what to expect. I advise to stick to protocol and a shorter round. I couldn't stomach a longer round this time. |
