Heather, you really don't have to load on 'bad' foods to get a good load in. We did the same thing on our first load. Lots of sweets, carbs etc. We gained about 12 pounds! Then on Round 2 we tried to not load as much and I think didn't load enough. It felt like our bodies weren't as ready to give up the weight as round 1.
On round THREE.. we did healthy fats, avocados, cheese, and protein fat combinations and only a few carbs. That felt to us like it worked the best. We did still eat a lot, but we were a lot choosier about what we ate. We had pizza, eggs and bacon, chicken wings, cheese nuts, a little good quality dark chocolate.. there was other stuff, but the point is, pick your fats from the healthy stuff and you'll do better. |

It really is important to load. When you first start your hCG it will attack normal fats rather than abnormal fats. when you have fats in your blood stream from loading the hCG will attack that first. By the time you are doing the 500 calories the hCG will begin attacking the abnormal fat. Does that make sense?
Brandeline is correct about loading with good fats. One thing you can do is take extra Omega-3's I normally take 2000mg of Omega-3 (my doctor put me on that). I take about 6000mg when I'm loading which helps with getting the fats in your system. If you have dry skin you can use coconut oil as a moisturizer which helps load fats as well during loading (your sin absorbs it, which then absorbs it into the blood stream). Jenni |

I ate some wings because I love them and then felt awful. I forced down an oreo ice cream too and then felt sick. I am a pretty picky and basic eater so we'll see.
I think I am going to do an extra load day. We are having an ice cream social at school tomorrow night so that should help. And tonight I will slather myself with coconut oil because I have insanely dry skin. |

According to protocol, loading is to help keep the body comfortable in the beginning of the VLCD> If you do not have an adequate amount of fat prior to VLCD, normally you feel hunger and discomfort until the "feel Good" of HCG kicks in. Not loading, or eating only starches and sugars as your load will end in dissapointment and not feeling well. It is hard to force yourself to eat all the food, especially if you have always counted every calorie. But it works!

You surely need to control your binge eating impulses. Whenever you feel like eating anything, have a banana. It will kill your hunger as well as satiate your desire to eat anything else. Dont click thru they are getting paid |
