Help help help!!!
I dont know what to do. On Saturday, I had a planned deviation. I did not take a shot in the morning, I guess I figured that I didnt want to waste a dose on a day that I was going to be off plan. Anyway Saturday evening, I had Taco Bell. By 2am, I was in the emergency room. Food poisoning. Yeah Taco Bell. Now its Monday night. I have not eaten since Saturday except for broth and haven't had a shot since last Friday morning. Do I just start again tomorrow with a shot and the 500 calories? To be honest I dont think I would be able to keep down much of anything. Should I take a shot and stick with broth a few more days? Or just wait to start the shots again until Im 100%? Any advice would be great! Thanks Alexa |

wait and start the shots until 1) you're all better and 2) you're ready to commit to the diet.
When you can hold down food stick to the B.R.A.T diet for a few days. This stands for Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast. Stick to just these four foods. Then you can start adding butter to your rice and toast one day. After that day you can reload for your two days and begin the diet again. If you got a kit there should be enough needles to start over. I am very sorry for your experience and hope you get well soon. For the future, planned deviations do not involve fast food restaurants because of situations like these. In some people it causes them to become very sick even without food poisoning. You were hit with a double whammy. For your safety when you deviate be sure to stick to regular restaurants and food that you can only get in the grocery store. If you need something fast just go and get some deli meat, fruit and cheese. That way you won't have such terrible problems. Wishing you all the best on your protocol! You'll do great just stick to it ![]() |
