So I'm on day 2 of the VLCD and I just woke up to weigh myself. I only lost 1 pound! Now I only put on a pound from the loading days but don't people usually lose a lot from the first day? :/ it's so frustrating! But I think it may have something to do with what I'm eating. I haven't been following what is on the recommended food list (gasp! I know i know, ive gotten off to a bad start) Okay so yesterday I ate two apples, two ryvita crackers, boiled egg, half a tin of tuna, a bit of sweetcorn and one chicken fillet (not in that order obviously) Also I'm not overweight so is it possible that it's just not going to be as fast losing weight then? I know I probably sound kinda stupid for messing around with the food but if someone could just put me on the right track that'd be brilliant

Stay on the original protocol your first round...but from the sounds of it, you won't be doing a second round because you are "not overweight"... |

Hmm... why are you trying to loose weight if you don't need to?..and yes, it typically goes slower the less you have to loose. |

Oh yeah i forgot you kept losing well in p4. You are so close to goal. You are doing absolutely amazing! Did you do low carb too? |
