I agree. She may not be pregnant. I would wait for a week to ten days after a missed period to start to investigate as well. But if she has already been late for a while then I would stop the hcg, test after a few days and then see a OB-GYN to confirm. I do know some people on RX inj have seen faint false positive on Pg stick. It can be mis-leading. But the good thing is that taking HCg for those days I don't suspect would harm the baby if she finds out she is pregnant. Either way good luck and I wish her good news
