OMG, I love Melba Toast. I have always liked it (despite the fact that everyone else I know thinks it's gross and dry and boring), but now I positively live for those 2 Melba toasts I eat a day. I get ridiculously excited. Is this sad?
LOL I usually tell people to cut that stuff. It generally slows you down. But hey, if your losses are good and it doesn't create carb cravings for you like it does for many, you're good.
