According to the article in PeopleStyleWatch.com, her trainer Simon Crane had put her on a 70% carbs, 30% protein, five small meals a day diet. She also avoided cardio exercises to help her build muscles without losing any weight. She did not eat any junk food, and was only allowed to drink alcohol on weekends.
