Default Angelina Jolie’s Salt Diet
Have you seen the movie "SALT"? Did you wonder how Angelina Jolie prepared for her role?

According to the article in PeopleStyleWatch.com, her trainer Simon Crane had put her on a 70% carbs, 30% protein, five small meals a day diet. She also avoided cardio exercises to help her build muscles without losing any weight. She did not eat any junk food, and was only allowed to drink alcohol on weekends. She also had a two-hour training sessions, five days a week.

Once her shooting began, changed her diet to 60% carbs, 40% protein.

I saw the movie. I was awesome! I didn't know her diet was this strict. It might have been difficult for her but I guess it's all worth it. I clearly saw the result of her hardwork.

You haven't tried it yet so you can't really say you can't handle it. Besides, we don't really know the details of her meal and workout so we can't give it a try.

I saw that movie too, really enjoyed it . That sounds like an interesting diet, not something I would go for personally!!

Oh yeah the movie was amazing. She definitely had a very tone and muscular body. I think it is very difficult to maintain that body if you don't have a trainer to tell you what to do and keep track of your diet
