When you go to the doctor it is when you are: clothed, after having drunk lots of water, maybe before your "daily constitutional", sometime during the day. You cannot compare weight week to week when all the factors are not the same.
I always weigh: First thing after a potty stop, unclothed just before I shower, and before ANY fluids. Even then, if I get constipated it can fluctuate a pound or so...just because of that. Even though I weigh every day, I really only pay attention to how my weight changes each Saturday a.m. If you get a scale for home, make it a good one. My old one could not give me the same reading twice in a row. I hope this helps...don't get discouraged! Toni |
