Thanks for posting your meal. First, there are some carbs in eggs...count .6 per egg. Not much...no harm, no foul.

You should add a few more veggie carbs...take those salads and add cauliflower, broccoli, whatever you like (side veggies) to up that a bit. It makes the salad more filling as well.

Are you satisfied with the protein shake? Or are you hungry? Since I don't drink them, I have no idea if that's good or bad for breakfast. Does it have tons of fiber in it? Don't forget you have to get fiber in.

20 carb grams are recommended, most of it from veggies, the balance from the cream, etc.

You had bacon and eggs as "snacks" - that's a new one to me! Can't see any harm as long as you are getting veggie carbs and fiber. But [DISCLAIMER] I am NOT the expert! One of our resident experts will help us here I am sure.

Good luck to you!

Many of us have bad childhood memories of badly prepared hot, overcooked veggies.

Ever try those "yukky" veggies raw, cold and crisp, sliced to dip into onion dip? If not, try broccoli, steamed and chilled green beans, bell pepper, cauliflower, jicama, daikon, etc. dipped in a LC dip...I could eat them all day.

Try? Great way to get veggies in. Dip is SO GOOD!
