Not having any sugar has been great for my mood, digestion and general sense of wellbeing but that doesn't mean living without a treat. For me, it has been important to make a sweet tasting treat every day such as custard with Stevia. There are lots of recipes online and in ATkin's books. Expermenting can be fun. Good Luck!

You can try sf hard candies... becareful of sugar alcohols, though. If you have too many of them you better be near to bathroom and away from people. A diet soda made with Splenda sometimes works. The best remedy for a sweet tooth, though... is abstinence. Uh huh. You will break the hold that sugar has on you in DAYS if you just don't give that sweet tooth anything. Trying to trick a sweet tooth can prolong that agony for weeks. Go cold turkey on the sweet tasting stuff. You will be surprised at what life feels like when sugar has no power over you. If it gets really bad... eat protein or try a sour dill pickle.

Good luck! We've all been there...
