I am new to this forum. I started my diet 2 1/2 weeks ago and have lost only 6 lbs. When i did this diet couple of yrs back i was able to loose the weight very fast even though i was drinking diet coke with it. But now I am not drinking any diet sodas. my menu has been the same for the past couple of weeks.
2 boiled eggs in the morning with 4 oz cup of coffee with 2 tblespoons of heav ycream and 1 splenda. 1 beef patty with mayonnaise and may be a cup of cucumber 1 beef patty/ or chicken breast with mayonnaise and cucumber, raddish or lettuce within the allowed quantity. sometimes i have a piece of cheese and another cup of coffee....but i have been drinking at least 120 oz of water and i feel like i am going to drown in it but i still do it. I feel like it is lot harder to get the weight off now than before....can anyone help me as to what i am doing wrong or right. Thanks |
