I understand this frustration, you lose weight by counting calories, carefully keeping track of everything you consume and depriving yourself by liming the amount of food you eat. Eventually you grow tired of the complexity, the hunger, and the lack of flavour and the feelings of deprivation.

Hey folk,
Takes a new approach, one scientifically based on the type of food rather than the amount of food. Because junk food only increase the fat in your body. It’s a more healthful way of eating and a happier way of living.

Hey dude, I can understand your frustration when the people get pointed you again and again on the same thing, it feels bad. But you don’t worry if you can’t diet, no problem .You just do yoga or meditation daily in morning just 15-20 minutes. You can see the changes in your body in very short time.
