a.k.a. Cynophobia.

has any one ever met somebody with this phobia while walking your dog? i did a few days ago and the lady started screaming and running away hysterically. i never got a chance to talk to her and find out if she had this phobia or if she was afraid of my staffy.

either way, it was an interesting experience.
