My dog is also turning 1 this year, in February. I'm not going to have a doggie birthday party, I think I'll just get him some treats and I want to take a pic of him in one of those cardboard party hats to send to my family and friends.

my dogs birthday is close to the husbands birthday so i usually go on a big family camping trip.I do make my dog wear party hats on my kids birthdays though

tootsie will be 4 in feb. I talked to the guy who runs the dog park. (no i do not take her there unless no one is there.) he said I could reserve the small side for the party. Its not gonne be big. just hats and doggie bags. and a few dogs that she plays with. my sisters dogs, my friends dogs, and three of her pups. she loves to see her pups who are now 16 months old. people say they can't tell but I tink she can sometimes. we should have fun. and lots of owners. and people friends mostly.

i think im just gonna find a dog safe bday cake recipe and take his picture with a party hat that says im 1 year old today and give him a new toy .. he destroys everything anyways

Our dogs get to go to Sonic drive-in for their birthday so they can have their own junior burger.
My Zeus loves to go to Sonic and he usually gets to go more than just his birthday. My other pit boy Chance doesn't get to go for car rides much because he can't seem to keep from pooping his pants in the car.

Years ago when we lived in another town in the mountains, there was a mom & pop type drive-in that used to serve doggie sundaes. They were a small dollop of soft serve ice cream and two dog biscuits on each side. We used to take the dogs for one of them on their birthday.

a stuffed toy and a doggie bday cake of some weird mixes of foods and treats that he loves lol mashed potatos different meats and cheeses pretty nasty but yummy for him

For Mazzi's birthday, she and Biff each got a raw steak and a sundae made from plain yogurt, banana and topped with kibble. We ate our steak cooked...LOL.

I make a small dessert cup frozen cake of yogurt,bananas,strawberries, peanut butter & honey. Gone in a minute!

Mollie gets pictures taken... just like every other day!! I usually give her some kind of treat and maybe a song.
