So, I hear Joe Biden on the campaign trail saying that having a record like Mitt Romney does not qualify him to be President...so I guess being a community organizer and a Senator with a poor record is all that you need.

The GOP needs Joe Biden to just keep talking, he's the best campaign tool they have.
