PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhua (KPK) government has asked the Federal government to place names of 200 escaped prisoners of Bannu jail on the Exit Control List (ECL).According to sources, the provincial government sent a list of 200 prisoners to the federal government, asking the government to place the prisoners' name on the ECL.Following the decision taken by the provincial government, high security measures were taken on the airport, railway station and bus stands of Peshawar in order to arrest the fugitives, sources said.It is to pertinent to mention here that almost 200 prisoners escaped when militants belonging to Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP) attacked Bannu jail and freed their associates.
