This breaks my heart. Last winter I chased a stray dog down the road in -38 weather because I knew if it stayed the night outside it would have froze to death. I then drove the streets for two hours looking for it's owner.

I found the little dog's owner, she had slipped out the back door by accident. The lady was so happy she could not stop crying, I had found her 14 year old baby! That was a good night!
