Hiya guys
I've been getting heavily into web design and image makeing etc. I've been using Dreamweaver to do the web design and Photoshop to to the images. I've been getting on well doing fancy images in Photoshop and using normal HTML code in Dreamweaver to put it all together. I would like to now try some Flash work. To make the nice flowing animated banners/logos you see on the net. I was wondering what programs you guys use and if you can recomend me any?? Also whilst we're on the subject of animation. I want to create an animated gif where a pile of pictures builds up over time. What program is best to use to achieve this?? Hopw you can help guys Greg |

gif animation would probably make faster results, but ofcourse, it wouldnt have the same quality as flash animations. i suggest you try studying basics of flash animation, you wont regret it i guarantee you
![]() as for the pointing out and generate the rest thing for flash, yes it is possible.. its called "tweening" ![]() |

Well, as far as your first question goes, the only program (product line, rather) that can be used to make Flash animations is Macromedia Flash. Flashkit is a great site for anything related to animation, but for scripts and the like, i would highly suggest actionscript.org. Being able to animate is obviously the first step, but using actionscript (the prograqmming language of Flash) can save you a lot of time on animating with a simple line or two of script.
