Hey yall,
I'm looking for something I'm not quite sure exist (and if it doesn't, someone should make it).

I'd like something that can read ebooks, but it doesn't need to be functional like a laptop. Maybe it's just a device with a screen and an SD card slot, and all it does is views PDF's. Maybe it could have an 8 inch screen, nothing elaborate.

Anyway, something like this exists, and isn't really expensive like the Asus EEE or some macbook.

If you and enough other people buy it then maybe one day it will not be expensive. I'd like to see that screen though.

That actually looks quite nice, like its been said I would like to see what the screen looks like, because the biggest drawback to reading books on a screen is the glare and supreme eye strain.

Might be nice present for my gf who is an English student i know that would have saved her from taking huge, heavy and cumbersome English theory books around when she went back home.
