Default ebay sellers... what would you do?

I listed a mouse on BIN last week and someone bought it on wednesday. Tried to pay me with a PayPal credit card payment which I made clear on the listing I do not accept. I emailed him straight away and asked him to make payment by another method. Didn't hear anything so e-mailed again at the weeekend and he said he'd bought one elsewhere. He e-mailed (not through ebay) asking what my final value fee was, but I didn't reply since he could find out for himself easily enough. I filed a unpaid item dispute today and he e-mailed this morning asking me to phone him, or to give him my phone number. I haven't replied yet.

What would you guys do?

I think he may want to try and talk me out of doing the unpaid item item dispute, however there is no way that's gonna happen.
I'm thinking I will just e-mail back and say I don't see what else there is to discuss, he failed to read the description properly and failed to make payment so he is deserving of the unpaid item strike. eBay is far nicer to buyers than it is to sellers so I feel I should not let his mistake go unpaid for. He's left me positive feedback for some reason, which is nice! I will leave him a negative (first one I've ever had to give) once the dispute is over and I have my fees back.

Sorry for the long post!
