Thought about watching it since its Schumacher's last race 'n all, but then again I have better things to do. I hope he leaves the scene with a great performance today though. Like passing Alonso in the last lap or something like that. I doubt he can with the title.

Yeah, it's a pity that it's turned out the way it has. If they'd been level on points going into this race, that would've been pretty cool.

Pretty much impossible for MS to win now, I can't see Alonso being out of the points and MS to win.

But at last, we have had a somewhat exciting half of the season! [thumbup]

Well unless Alonso suffers from something spontaneous like an engine failure, then there's no doubt he'll win the title today. However, I really don't see that happening on the Renault F1 car today.

If MS had not suffered an engine failure at Suzuka, then it may all be different for him on this race.

If Alonso's engine fails, and MS wins, it will be obvious the FIA planned all this

Saying the Férrari Internationale de l'Automobile would do such a thing is absolutely shocking.

Anyway, what time does it start in the uk?

Coverage starts at 5pm.

A little titbit of information, Jenson Button has scored more points than any other driver since taking his maiden F1 win in Hungary at the beginning of August. In the last five races, Jenson has scored 29 points, Michael Schumacher 27 and Fernando Alonso 26. [yes]

All that means is that the top drivers have crashed out or retired early through mechanical problems.

One of, no one can judge whether he's the best ever considering he never raced side by side with the other greats of the sport.
