Default Just set up a Net in my cellar.
So I decided I would do a golf project today since my town is experiencing 20-50 mph wind and downpour. I also play baseball, so I walked down a net down my 16 stairs into a perfect spot. I laid a big carpet down and put padding on the bottom of the net, because the floors are concrete. So far it's going well.

On another note, THP should test out the Dancin' Dog Golf Simulator. It's really good from what I've read, and you only need a laptop/desktop and a tv for it to work. You don't even need golf balls. It uses infrared or something to see the spin and distance based on the club head.

Good stuff. I wish we had basements down here. Looks like you'll never miss out with that thing in place.

Enjoy.

I put it up 5 hours ago, and I've hit like 400+ balls. It's so sweet.

I see some sports tape for your digits in the near future.

Waiting to see the pics. curious how you attached the top of the net.
My brother wants an outdoor set up and I'm wanting to help him but need some ideas.

There you guys go. I don't hit anything lower than 7 iron down here.

EDIT: I'm a righty, but my laptop takes pics backwards. I am too lazy to find a camera.

I have been wanting to hang a heavy duty, golf store style net in my basement for a while now. Seems like you got a nice setup there, kid.

I wish I could put one of those in my basement.
The basement is huge, but only has 7 foot ceilings...so...no luck.

Couldn't resist, he is probably the only one I can justifiably say that to.
