How many did you lose into the marsh? Some of those holes were ridiculously awesome with the greens built out into the marshland!
dont remember the count, but I know I played 4 rounds down there that year, and needed to buy balls after the first 2 lol

Ive played Rivers Edge and agree thats a good one too!
+2 on Rivers Edge, and I agree with Drumdog on Long Bay, both are challenging and a lot of fun to play. I will be playing at The Big Cats courses in July myself in a tournament, if you play there I recommend Tiger's Eye, Leopard's Chase, Panther's Run and finally Loin's Paw in that order. The 1st 2 are a lot of fun. If you are in central MB try to get on King's North, again I believe you will enjoy it. Have fun and post plenty of pics.

A few years ago I played both Panther's Run and Lion's Paw and enjoyed them. They were still building the Tiger course and hadn't named it yet.
I gave the pro a suggestion and he just glared at me....Tiger's Woods. I guess he didn't like my idea or something since his glare almost burned a hole in my chest.

A group of friends and I are taking a trip to Myrtle Beach in July. We are looking to be there 3 days and 2 nights and would like to play 4 to 5 times. Any suggestions for where to play and stay? Thanks!
the dunes and TPC are the best tracks by far in my opinion

Tidewater
Leopard's Chase
Tiger's Eye
TPC of Myrtle Beach
Caledonia
True Blue
Barefoot Love
Barefoot Fazio
Legends Parkland
Legends Moorland
Legends Heathland (partial to Legends courses as I own a condo there)
Oyster Bay
The Heritage Club
King's North
Dunes Golf and Beach Club

This is like asking what to eat at a Las Vegas buffett. There's so many good courses in the area. I suggest going a little south and staying and playing at True Blue and Caledonia.
+1 these are outstanding courses.

You really can't go wrong with many courses down there. I just came back from Myrtle a week ago, but didn't get to take my clubs.
My favorite is probably The Grande Dunes Resort Course. Great course and was voted Best Course in the Nation by (Golf Digest-don't hold me to this, but I'm pretty sure).

+1 You should really be looking for a package that will let you play a few different courses included in the deal. They are available all over the place, and usually include some pretty nice courses too. You should check out Legends. You can stay there, and they have 5 courses on site.
I really liked Legends. You can stay there and play a different course everyday. Pretty nice courses too.
