Hi,

I am trying to figure out as close as possible to how old my adopted dog is. When I got him I was told 5 almost 6 months, but I have a really hard time believing it.
Right now he weighs 44lbs, he has his big boy teeth and just generaly seems more mature than a puppy of that age. Is there anyway to narrow down the age? Or is it all just a matter of guessing? Any specific Milestones to gauge by?
