She's already shut it down. What do you think happened with the ctrl-alt-del issue? She's on Shaw. Shouldn't their virus software be able to detect it if it's run? I gotta get over to her place this weekend and see if I can get it cranked up. I'll run the Trend stuff then. If it catches something will it fix it or does one have to pay for removal?
