I just started using Braggs - and I'm careful to NOT use too much OR every day, but it certainly makes for a change in food. Also, let me tell you something that was a neat find - liquid smoke! Oh my, that's awesome to use to marinate or just put on top of your meat (chicken or steak) when cooking (I fork the chicken breast & put the liquid to soak in!) Zero calories & fat & no sugars at all! It's a GREAT find! Enjoy & good luck! Sherli
