I know this thread is old but I can't seem to find the one I recall seeing awhile back. I've been off the forum for a little over a month, needing to stop my R1 early. I'm now on R2 loading day 1.

Can anyone give a good estimate of the amount of fat grams or calories we should aim for in loading? I know it's not an exact thing & everyone differs... But I apparently didn't load enough the first time (as I had a week of much hunger), so I'm sort of tracking what I eat on this load & looking for an idea or range to shoot for.

Can anyone help?
