Seriously, this movie was just utterly transfixing. Some of the best cinematography I've seen, period. Very interesting story, and gives you so much to think about, but the way it is presented: Damn. The car sequence and the war sequence will have them talking for years. Just beautifully shot, directed and edited. Massive props to Alfonso Cuaron; I was in awe that the director of "Y Tu Mama Tambien" and the third Harry Potter also had the chops to direct an intense, beautiful and traumatic movie like this.
