What's your budget? I, personally, wouldn't go anywhere near either of those subs - especially for home use. You'd be surprised how much harder it is to get deep response in a room, compared to a car.

why whats wrong with those? like i said ive been using the type r and ive been happy with that but i figured the type x would offer a bit better SQ.
