Well, its just not very good, especially with the initial firmware. You are looking at 20mins for the the first lock, and even once that lock had been established, subsequent locks after would generally take 5 to 10minutes. It improved a lot with the second firmware and has reportedly increased in speed significantly with the 3rd firmware update.

Really? 20 minutes for the first lock? That's ridiculous :S Bloody good job they're trying to sort it, that's gotta render it pretty unusuable if you have the first firmware :S
