So i've learned that talking logic to a women is akin to speaking to them like a child. Who knew?

It can be incredibly difficult at times. I do this to my girlfriend all the time.

1. She says something that is incorrect or doesn't make sense.
2. You correct her.
3. She tries to be smart and reinforces her beliefs.
4. You use logic to explain to her why it's incorrect.
5. She get's pissed because she thinks your trying to make her look stupid (although it's not your intention).

OR

1. You get onto a topic of conversation.
2. She hasn't got a clue what your talking about.
3. You explain to her in simple terms.
4. She get's upset and thinks your trying to make her look stupid.

Another thing I hate is when I tell my girlfriend something I found interesting. Then a week or month later she repeats the exact same thing back to me stating she read/heard about it from an article or friend.

You explain to her that you've already told her and tell her more about what she has learned to prove you know, then she get's all defensive and **** because she thinks you think she doesn't listen to you.
