Here\'s what I did in 3 weeks, seriously! The upper left is before I started lifting weights, the rest are 3
weeks after, you should see me now, I\'m almost twice as much as the improvement shown. http://www.geocities.com/manchoma n87/1.html?1082505601842 |

Great progress however i used to be a personal trainer and i am constantly around people who work out
professionally for a living and in my opinion you are using steroids. Even steroid users dont make that kind of progress in 3 weeks! so lets be honest! i know what im talking about i train with professional weightlifters bodybuilders and pro footballers and no way in 3 weeks you could see results like that. Well done in making progress though! Steroids are nothing to be ashamed of though, but you need to stay safe so PM me if you need any advice if your using. I never went down that road cos i knew what the risks are and what long term damage is. |

Quote:<font class=\"post\"> Holy sh*t! 6,500 calories a day?!? You must be having around 8 meals a day, eating every 2 hours? I assume by your pictures and your bulking diet you are a natural Ecotmorph. Ectomorphs have the hardest time gaining muscle, but when they put in the work they can come out decent, and it probably takes more will and discipline unlike the Mesomorphs and even the Endomorphs to a certain extent. Your metabolism must be very fast. |

You can have great results without using any king of supplements. Honestly, you shouldn\'t use them
so soon (except maybe a protein supplement and a multivitamin), but that\'s up to you. I used a protein powder supplement for about 2 months, but that was half year after I started traning. But no more supplements... I did consider using creatine some months ago, but I never used it... and I don\'t plan to do it now. So, I can say that my gains were all due to the traning and a good nourishment (don\'t know if it spells like that). Anyway, good luck. |

Quote:<font class=\"post\"> That is some awesome progress for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months. You must keep records!!!! Record your weight and measure your girths. That way you can quantitatively track changes over time. Keep up the excellent work! |

Nice Manchorito. Just a warning, everything else looks like it has grown considerably especially for only 3 weeks,
but you should workout and focus on your traps (upper) AKA Trapezius, as they seem non-existent, this will give you that hulking look, while also thickening the base of your neck and making it look like your head goes with your \"new\" body. Shoulder Shrugs work great in working them out, the rest of your back looks solid, and your traps are said to grow the easiest. PS. Do you train your legs also? Never forget your legs! Anyhow, Great Job! That is GREAT for only 3 weeks. |
