Default Another equation!
After last thread that I made with that confusing equation, I figured I would post another equation that I saw floating around on FB. Hopefully this one will be much easier for some people.

1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1-1+1+1+1+1+1+1x0 =?

I would have thought the multiplication is done first, so 1x0, which is obviously zero. Then just add all the other ones which is about 16.

Again, it's one of those that should have brackets really but i'm sure is solvable without.

Edit: Yeah a sneaky 14.

Yeah - it you typed into a computer or calculator it would be zero.

Excel, Windows Scientific Calc shows 14 the normal calculator outputs 0.

You only go left to right in case of equal operations (such as multiplications and divisions, or additions and subtractions).


The correct answer is 14.
