So basically the same as a twelve bore then? This is of course all assuming that the weapon has been sighted / zero'ed correctly. If not - then - well it does not matter what you do [rofl] Depending on the distance (and if you are shooting outside) watch the wind. If you have the ability to see where your first shot lands - then be prepare to adjust depending on the wind conditions and range. |

So basically the same as a twelve bore then? A 12-gauge slug is about 1oz/1500fps or 32g @ 480m/s = 15.4 kg*m/s momentum A 7.62x39 round is 8g @ 710 m/s = 5.68 kg*m/s momentum So an the recoil from an AK will be about 1/3 as much as shooting 12g slugs, and 1/2 as much as shooting 12g buckshot. |

Line up, exhale slowly, and take the shot once your lungs are almost empty, holding very briefly if required.. Avoid trying to shoot multiple shots quickly. Make sure after each shot you re-align, breath again and repeat the process. Use your fingertip to pull the trigger and don't snatch, otherwise you'll pull your aim off centre. 7.62mm rounds will result in quite a kick, requiring you to sutstantially realign after each shot. |

there are some pretty bad gun knowledge fails in this thread I had to go to Google images to find out they make a 100-rounder that isn't a drum, and I've never seen it before. ![]() That's retarded. |
