I'm off to the UK next month for a mates wedding - so as we are passing through London the day before, I though I'd treat my wife to lunch at The Maze Restaurant: http://www.gordonramsay.com/maze/ Their chef Jason Atherton is currently competing in "The Great British Menu" - a UK TV show / competition, which we have been following each week: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/tv_and_rad...utseries.shtml Simply put, his food looks fantastic.
