So I had an interview with Wal Mart for Assistant Manager on Tuesday, it was not the normal kind I was used to. All they asked, (and by they I mean the Store Manager and the District Manager of Electronics) was questions like "Was there ever a time where you had to break a rule to get a task done, if so, give an example?" I mean, I think I handled them okay, I was myself and didnt bullshit my way through. I was wondering if anyone had one and thought about it. I was told they would be in contact shorty if I qualify for the second interview (The make or break one). I would take them saying that a sort of good thing, because at my previous job when I interviewed when I knew I didnt think they would make the cut I would just say thanks.

I've been asked that kind of stuff during a normal , full scale interview. Its pretty standard nowadays. Companies are finding out the general public is immoral and retarded, so they're trying to avoid hiring idiots that will steal from them. ![]() |
