Perhaps the sms approach wasn't a good idea, because to me that seems sort of slimy, asking why you don't get discount.

Although, I did not sms asking why I did not get a discount... my sms was asking why she was so rude to me despite the fact that I ahd done nothing wrong. She was the one who came the the assumption that it was about the discount.
