I'd better order a few before they go up in price! [surrender] Maybe $6.99, but not $60.99!

You think that's bad, I needed an IDE cable recently and went to my local CompUSA, a standard, flat IDE cable like you can buy online for less than $2 was $32.99. I was shocked. How can they actually sell them?

Edit: Oh and Antec rounded cables were "only" $19.99.

That's most likely the price for a box of 10 of them.

I am being serious, on another site it's about the same price for the same keyboard but it's a pack of 10.

That would make a whole lot more sense.

That looks like the old-fashioned sprung "clickity-clack" type keyboard. I remember when my alma mater bought a bunch of great (at the time) PCs for student labs, they outfitted them all with these crappy keyboards specifically because they don't jam, they're tough to break, they stand up well to crumbs and crap and they last forever. It may be a pricing error but it's ugly for a reason.

Newegg has a good deal. You can get the same model here for $135

http://www.ezsystems.com/dcat.cgi?g=EUROTECHFCC&page=1

EDIT: Actually, that site says it has 105 keys; newegg only has 104, so that's probably why,

It's Eurotech man, all of their keyboards are hand carved out of ivory by Ganesha.

I use an almost identical KeyTronic keyboard at work and it's excellent. We pay about $8 each though, so I'll vote for the 10 pack theory.

That is why they are closing down their stores. CompUSA will be gone in 30 days

Not all of them, only in certain areas.
