Best way to get textbooks? - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

I've started my semester and didn't get my textbooks yet b/c I wanted to make sure that they would actually be usefull for some classes (some classes never used the textbook even though it said required). I'm looking for a way to get a certain book w/o spending the 120$ new for it (don't have time to buy online). Is there anyway to get PDF files or ebooks of textbooks?
