Seeing as they probably put a glass screen on the front of this when in a phone, when you drop it you will still smash the outside glass. Just like you do now. Its VERY rare that the acctual screen smashes in phones anyway, normally the glass shatters over the screen.

On the galaxy s2 the screen tends to shatter and the glass stays in tact. Before you reply, try looking it up.
