GIR's for me. That is a no brainer. If I hit greens I score well, if I don't, I don't. I would think that is true of most everybody.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

It is pretty obvious, but for quite a few people (especially me) bad drives are quite often the cause for not being able to have GIR's

Impossible to be on the green in regulation if you had to chip out from a tree

I've been working on ball striking. Been hitting 50 to 100 daily.

I need the most work on something that is hard to practice without being on the actual course. Silly greenside lies and how to play them. Example - hill behind / beside the green with grass cut to rough length. Be it side hill, down hill, whatever. How to execute shots like this with consistent reliability to at least give yourself a chance.

GIR's. I've got my fairway percentage up, so now it's time to work on hitting greens.

Definitely short game for me, most notably from 60 yards in. I managed to have 11 days at the end of May/beginning of June when I played 5 rounds and started to get a nice feel for chipping and was scoring well (for me). Have only played once in the last 5 weeks and will probably struggle again next time I go out.
