anyway?
Just wondering...and I am trying to find a statement that I thought was in P&I about it being OK to NOT eat all the cals if you do not feel the need or feel the hunger. Did I just imagine that was in there??? Can't seem to find it again, but I will go line by line again just in case. To be honest, many days I do not get near the 500 b/c if I am really *feeling* the food in my stomach I don't want to have more in there (if that makes ANY sense LOL). Other times I think I just tire of the taste of the veggie the way I have it......or I have seasoned it with some new recipe or such and, well, yuck lol and I just can't bring myself to finish it. On those times, if I am still a little hungry I might have a cucumber, or, more likely a bunch of water and I am fine after about 10-20 minutes. Anyone else ever think this way or just not have the 500, sometimes not even close and still feel OK and still lose? |
