Default Is this even possible?!?! -10.2 overnight.
Hi everyone,

This is my 2nd round of IM injections. First round my LIW was 160.4. (Sept. 09) I went COMPLETELY wild in 2009 and gained 50 lbs! I started this round Jan. 3rd at 212 lbs. After loading I was at 217.4. Here's how's it's been:

VLCD1- 217.4
VLCD2- 214.4 (-3)
VLCD3- 204.2 (-10.2!)

Today is VLCD4.

I've never had a loss like this during any other HCG P2. I can ALREADY feel a difference in my body size- especially in my tush and breasts. I literally lost 2 inches from my breasts overnight.

Is this normal?

I dunno - I suggest you check your scale. That's too much overnight to be accurate unless you literally, um, lived in the bathroom (sorry if too graphic).

First day of VLCD this round, I lost 8.5lbs overnight and I was in the bathroom all afternoon and night. NOT a pretty sight.

lol No, wasn't in the bathroom all day. I suppose I'll see what the scale says in the morning!

I suppose it is possible - but it is Odd. Normally people might have that loss over 2-3 days.
First time I did this I was 350 lbs, and I don't think I ever lost more than 5/night.

The largest I have lost overnight is 7 lbs. I guess anything is possible. I have heard a handful of other times on here of that occurring (losing a massive amount overnight). Gotta say, something you were eating caused you massive bloat. Hopefully it wasn't a scale blip and tomorrow you get another good one!

Congratulations!! Could have been bloating could have been water, could have been lots of things. I hope the scale is good to you tomorrow. I think my biggest loss was around 5 lbs. in one night and the next few days were slow. So if your next few days don't keep up the pace don't worry. Also you didn't say but if you didn't have to many losses before this your body could have just been catching up...

Anyways good job!

AHHHH I knew it was too good to be true!

It must have been water weight. This morning's weigh in showed a 6lb gain from yesterday, so in reality it was only a 4lb loss... WAIT, why am I complaining about a 4lb loss?!

I should be ecstatic about being over 7lbs lighter than I was on Friday, but instead I'm focusing on the negatives-
"I 'only' lost 4 lbs since yesterday! Oh, the horror!"
"I wouldn't be in this situation if I had any self-control!"
"Why do I love food so *&^%@$% much?!"
"Maybe I should just try a low-carb diet, instead."

I find myself trying to make any excuse that I possibly can on why NOT to stick through this diet for this second round, even though I KNOW it's the ONLY way I've been successful at losing weight. It's only day 4 of the low-cal diet and I'm trying to give up on myself!

The ONLY way to succeed is to not give up!
