Hi everyone, new here....and thanks in advance for any help you will offer me.
I purchased from www.purehcgforhealth.com the liquid sublingual package with the acai berry and the Glandular nutrition.....
that was in June....I ended up not being able to start until now, and there is a pamphlet, but nothing I can see that is really directions on how to take it or a diet to really follow.
can anyone help? I need to know how much, how often, do I mix it with water?
